一些出现频率比较高的商务英语！

最近因为刚刚结束行业展会，所以最近项目咨询多了起来。有不少方案都是急着要设计的，平时联系的设计师都忙得很，就算给钱都没有时间做设计。

工厂的设计师当然也是日程满满的，上一个还没做完，下一个又来排队了。昨天不知道是哪个老客户给我推荐了一个新客户A，由于项目比较急，想着在11月份开业的，晚上沟通了一轮，把场地信息和相关的风格和尺寸等都弄清楚了之后，就要给客户赶紧安排出图了。早上又给客户打了一通电话确认具体的细节，A说自己也是第一次做这种项目，价格方面需要我们这边把好关，问他是哪位朋友推荐的，他也没透露是哪位朋友介绍的，A实际上也是中间人。

我找工厂负责人安排作图的时候他没接我电话，后面打回来说刚好准备坐飞机去别的地方出差！“那设计图怎么办？这个项目比较急客户那边要求11月份开业的！” 我说！我想着项目又要拖到几天之后才能出图了，正寻思着怎么跟客户解释。

没想到工厂负责人说：“不要紧，你的图我这边会赶紧安排，会把你拉群里，即使我不在工厂，稍后有哪些要求直接在群里跟同事对接就行！”真的特别感谢给予项目大力支持的供应商。

前段时间客户B说去度假了，货到的时候通知他，他说度假回来之后再处理也可以！最近又问他项目安装的事情是否需要帮忙？却惊讶地发现他居然全部都装好了，自己搞定，中途没有要我们这边任何安装指导，真的是宝藏客户。发现自己运气越来越好了，客户就说了一句：

Perfect product, good survice! Thank you very much for everything you've done for me.

还是供应商给力，货没有少发漏发，安装步骤给得清晰详细，客户轻松搞定安装，（前提是业务员要在货物到达之前，把所有注意的细节都给客户标好，结合图片和翻译）这样业务就会轻松很多！

其实在货物发出去之后，客户当时又增加了一些配件，当时是发FEDEX的，客户就说这个很慢，一开始很担心，后来配件在货物到达之前也抵达。

跟客户沟通的时候总会遇到意见不合的时候，最后客户认同了我们，就可以跟客户讲

对于中间商，很多时候他们对我们达成订单起着非常关键的作用，与他们之间的沟通我们可以用到下面的英语，其实不单是中间商，跟客户也能用到，出现频率还是比较高的！大家可以借鉴一下：
